 It's tough to master. It’s the same with your Spanish. While I am sure that the spoken language is a powerful tool, it is only one piece of a larger skill set that will help you succeed in life.

Although I’m a native speaker, I’m a writer, so I’m constantly in constant search of new ways to improve my language. I’m still a ways off from having a solid, fluent, and perfect Spanish, but I’ve made some progress. For example, I have a habit of saying things like “I’m feeling bad because I feel so tired,” “I want to drink a lot of water to clear my head,” and things like that. When I’m saying these things, I’m really thinking about what I would say to the person I’m talking to. I don’t have a pre-set thought or formula for how to speak to a person. This is a really good point. When you’re talking to someone, you probably have a ton of mental images of what you’re going to say that you’re going to say. Sometimes it can be a little hard to articulate your thoughts and feelings. Not to mention that you might not be at the same speed as the person you’re talking to.


The trick to this habit is to learn to control it.


Try switching out those first couple of words you think of. You might be surprised how much you can change your tone and how your body language will change along with it. When I say I’m feeling bad about something, I’m thinking about what my body is feeling.


You know the saying "when you're feeling bad about something, do something about it"? Well, that's exactly what you can do if you're feeling bad about something. When you feel bad about something, you're going to want to do something about it. When you feel bad about something, then you're going to want to do something to change it. You will know if you’re feeling bad about something in the first place when you’re feeling as though you have nothing to do with it.

That's because when you feel as though you don’t have anything to do with something, your whole life centers around that thing.


And then, if you feel bad about it, all you do is make yourself miserable. Think about it. A lot of people, you are just getting into any kind of serious relationship with something. Even your first date, for example, is going to get you to get out of the relationship. So you want to go out there and try to be as positive about your relationship as possible.


The main problem with that is that you are not able to get in touch with the person that you are dealing with. When you're dealing with someone you don't have the ability to talk to, you get stuck on something. If you don't talk to them, then they will come around to you and don't know what to do. So if you can get into an honest relationship, you’ll find a way to make it work.
