 Crushing your goals is not always the easiest thing to do. But if you want to crush your goals, the 8 counterintuitive tips below can help you do it. For starters, find a way to feel like you’re actually succeeding at whatever it is you’re trying to accomplish. Once you’ve accomplished your goals, you can feel like you really accomplished something. You’re making progress and you’ve worked toward a goal.

Another way to crush your goals is to just stay stuck in your progress, no matter what it is you’re trying to accomplish. If you’re just going through the motions or even feeling stuck, you’re not working toward a goal. So instead of focusing on what you actually want, put your efforts into staying where you are.


I’ve been a lot of times when I was trying to do something and it was hard, difficult, not fun. But I’d only do it if I thought I could get away with it.


I’d never do it if I thought it would be a good way to make money or gain more prestige. The problem is that we’re all on autopilot when we do something because we’re trying to get somewhere by doing it.


One of the major problems with procrastination is that it doesn’t give you any control over your own behaviors. You know, like how if you’re procrastinating on a project and you’re busy, then you don’t even realize you’re procrastinating. It’s like you’re still working on that project.

And that’s exactly what happens when you’re procrastinating on your goals. If you have goals that you’re trying to achieve, you’re going to be making yourself crazy procrastinating on them. So instead of worrying about making money, getting more prestige, etc., you’re just going to keep setting yourself up for failure.


But if you’re being really, really focused, you won’t think about the fact that you’re procrastinating. You’re not distracted. You’re really focused. And since focus is a law of nature, your focus is going to be the thing that keeps you from doing the things you’re really trying to do. And this is true for any kind of goal.

When you’re on your way to a goal, you’re going to find a way to reach it.


But when you’re on your way to a goal, you’re going to find a way to reach it, and so on. So, that’s the thing about goal-setting, you can’t just say, “I’m going to do this,” because you can’t really be really, really focused on the goal. You need to be, you know, that focused and intense.


So what you need to do is find a way to not only get to your goal, but go with it. And the way that you do that is by pushing that goal up a little bit. So, for example, maybe you’re trying to lose weight, you’re going to try to go to the gym and drink half a bottle of water.


Actually, I don’t think we actually need to do that. It’s really about what we’re going to do when we get to our goal. That’s why I have such a hard time not getting to things that I wouldn’t have been able to if I didn’t. For example, I can’t go to my birthday party. So let’s say you’re trying to lose weight, but you’re not yet that weight. You’re eating a lot of food, and you’re drinking a lot of water. So you’re not getting to your goal. And you’re not getting to it because you’re going to try to get to it by doing a bunch of things.
